This policy explains what information H3 Max AI ("we", "us") collects when you use h3max-ai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

Information We Collect

1. Account information — your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
2. What you create — the prompts you write, the images you upload as first or last frames, the settings you choose (length, resolution, aspect ratio) and the videos generated for you.
3. Credits and billing — your plan, orders, subscription status and credit balance. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
4. Usage and device data — pages visited, actions taken, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, logs and error reports.
5. Support messages — anything you send us by email or through a support ticket.

How We Use It

• To run the generator: your prompt and images are sent to our video model provider to produce the clip you asked for.
• To keep your history, so you can find and download past videos.
• To charge for paid plans, grant and deduct credits, and refund credits when a generation fails.
• To prevent abuse, such as fake accounts created to collect free credits or attempts to generate illegal content.
• To understand how the site is used and to fix problems.
• To reply to you when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts, uploads or videos to train AI models.

Who Processes Data For Us

We rely on a small number of service providers, each receiving only what it needs:

• Video model provider — receives prompts and input images to generate videos.
• Cloudflare — hosts uploaded images and generated videos, and protects the site.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Google — sign-in and anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics).
• Our hosting provider — runs the application and database.

How Long We Keep It

Account data is kept while your account is active. Prompts, uploads and generated videos stay in your history until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected]. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Children

H3 Max AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date at the top of this page.
