Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of h3max-ai.com ("H3 Max AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the generator you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Service

H3 Max AI is an online tool that generates short videos from text prompts and images with the MiniMax H3 Max model. AI output is unpredictable: results may not match your prompt exactly, and we cannot guarantee a specific quality, speed or availability.

Accounts

You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to collect free credits; we may remove credits or accounts created this way.

Credits, Plans And Payments

• Each generation costs credits. The price is shown in the generator before you start and depends on the clip length and resolution.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Subscription credits are granted each billing period. One-time credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise.

Refunds

• If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• If you were charged for a plan you did not intend to buy and have used few or no credits, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review a refund.
• Credits that have already been used to generate videos are generally not refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use H3 Max AI to create or share content that:

• is sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual intimate imagery;
• impersonates a real person in a misleading way, or is designed to deceive people about real events;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people;
• is otherwise illegal where you live or where it is shared.

You also agree not to attack, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may refuse prompts, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and images you submit. Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the videos generated for you for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any image you upload and for how you use the results. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the service.

Our Content

The site's design, text, code and branding belong to H3 Max AI. Third-party names such as MiniMax and fal are trademarks of their respective owners.

Disclaimers And Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes And Termination

We may update these terms; if the change is significant we will update the date above. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
